A fully registered civil engineer, Edgardo’s hands-on experience spans the full lifecycle of public procurement—from planning and bidding to contract management and project delivery.He has played key roles in projects

across a broad array of sectors, including:

 

• Natural Resources – supporting the sustainable development of critical environmental assets.

• Power and Energy – addressing infrastructure and energy needs.
